hello forum!
i'm using kerio ms 4.6.2 <_a.t_> fedora 8.

i have some scripts using the sendmail function to inform me about my system status.
as i can see kerio ms also offers sendmail as a command line tool. but i have no idea why it isn' working.
i use the following syntax in my script:
...
   open (sendmail, "|/opt/kerio/mailserver/sendmail -t -i -f $sender -u $user -p $pass -X /var/log/sendmailtest.log");
   print sendmail "To: $mailto\n";
   print sendmail "Subject: Systemcheck Report for $hostname\n";
   foreach (<_a.t_>output)
   {
      print sendmail "$_\n";
   }
   close(sendmail);

user and pass ist the username an PW for my kerio admin account.
but nothing happens. and there are no logs available. no error message occurs. on other mashines, where i do not need to auth myself the script works fine.

an another question is about user emails an aliases.
let's say i have a user named bruce willis with the email address bw<_a.t_>somedomain. so the login for this account have to be also bw. is there any option to have diffrent login and email except aliases? or to set an alias as primary email?

THX
