I noticed that the "Remove advertisement and banners" URL rule does not apply on https secured sites. It works great on regular http sites but nothing is blocked on https ones.

Is it possible to do this?

HTTPS traffic is encrypted, so the firewall has no clue what the bit and bytes that it is routing are about. So there's no real solution. HTTPS is tricky from a firewall perspective. All sorts of 'bad' things could be going on in the HTTPS stream... Perhaps viruses are being downloaded, who knows?
