I'm trying to find a way to import a large amount of nested folders from POP clients into IMAP on Kerio.

The problem we're running into is that while we can import a POP folder manually, large folders take an inordinate amount of time to import and cause Entourage or OS X Mail to lag considerably while the email client "synchronizes".

The current method of copying POP folders is to create the IMAP account on the client, and then manually drag each POP folder to the IMAP account.

Ideally, there would be a way to import the folders locally onto the Kerio server. After all, the files are the standard .eml format which is fairly easy to export to.

Has anyone attempted to import large amounts of nested POP folders?

Thanks
