While trying to manually force an update of the McAfee integrated engine, the following error appeared:

Quote:

[17/Mar/2008 00:16:13] AvPlugin.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Cannot get file /nai-antivirus/datfiles/4.x/dat-5235.zip from nai-update.kerio.com
[17/Mar/2008 00:16:13] AvModule.cpp: Antivirus update failed: Download of DAT files has failed., plugin will be restarted

I can go to http://nai-update.kerio.com/nai-antivirus/datfiles/4.x/ and see the update there, but it points to an FTP server which seems to be offline. Is this a temporary failure on Kerio's side? Any idea how long this will last?

Latest DAT version as today is 5252. Version 5232 is very old and is not available on our servers. Your product should update to latest version automatically. If not, open a new ticket with our technical support.
