Hi

We have three domains and multiple addresses used on each. However all users are located within the same building and it would be good if we could have a unique email address to send a message to everyone in the building.

Such as everyone<_a.t_>test.com

Is this possible ?

Cheers

Try this: (suppose domain names are test1.com, test2.com and test3.com). First make group for each domain with name everybody<_a.t_>test*.com (and also with e-mail address) containing all users from domain. Then choose one domain for example test1.com and create three aliases with the same name "all":
all -> deliver to everybody<_a.t_>test1.com
all -> deliver to everybody<_a.t_>test2.com
all -> deliver to everybody<_a.t_>test3.com

Now You have global address all<_a.t_>test1.com which delivers e-mail to all users in all three domains.
