Neither Server nor Client is able to play the streaming videos from msnvideo.msn.com website with Kerio Winroute Firewall started.
If the Kerio engine is stopped, the videos would play fine on the server (which indicates that the problem lies in KWF).

What are the steps/policies that need to be applied so that clients are able to play the streaming videos too?

Thank you!
-vZ

PS:
Server is using the latest KWF as of today (v5.1.10), Win2000, IE6, and WMP 9.
Client: Mostly using WinXP, IE6, and WMP9.

The Windows Media Player 9 uses RTSP for video streaming in common cases. Unfortunately, this protocol is poorly documented by Microsoft and it sometime uses strange or unknown commands. So RTSP protocol inspector sometimes is not able to handle those connections properly.
You should disable usage of RTSP in WMP9 or use older Windows Media Player 6.4 (mplayer2.exe) built-in in Windows.
You can also try to disable RTSP protocol inspector in KWF in RSTP sevrvice definition.

Disabling the RTSP protocol inspector in KWF service definition solves the problem! Surprised
What is the advantage in having the RTSP protocol inspector bytheway? For Cobion filtering purposes?

Thank you for the quick response PavelDobry! Razz
