Do you use proxy server in KWF (port 3128) or direct connection to the Internet on workstations? Do you use PPPoE? Try to change the MTU value on internet interface. Search the forum.

How to use ProxyServer?
Kerio WinRoute Firewall > Configuration > Content Filtring > HTTP Policy > Proxy Server.

At General Options I have tick Enable non-transparent proxy server

At Advanced Options

Set automatic proxy configuration script to:

Direct Access

and this options is tick:
Allow browsers to use configuration script automatically via DHCP server in WinRoute
