What maximum quantity of messages in a Inbox folder supports KMS for preservation of adequate productivity?
(In my folder Inbox >40000 messages. Group operations of moving or deleting through web-mail very slowly, and through Outlook+Koc very much very much very slowly!)

That's more of an Outlook/Computer question than a Kerio question. I'd start seriously considering using Archiving or other management of your messages.

Whenever I've had to manipulate a large number of messages with OutLook, the system appears to hang, but really it's just OutLook taking a very long time. Patience is usually rewarded.

As is switching to Thunderbird. Smile

Also, I've seen antivirus products really slow down these operations as they scan every temp file Outlook generates during the move.

Might disable your realtime and do nothing else while this move occurs.
