A couple of my users are experiencing a little issue with KOC.
It looks like there are mails stuck in the outbox but when you go into it there are none there.
Is it a case of reindexing the account in order to get rid of this or is it the start of something more serious? Confused

I'd start by turning off any and all anti-virus e-mail checking on the client side. If that doesn't have any affect, uninstall and re-install both Office/Outlook and then Kerio's Outlook Connector. Also, make sure no other plug-ins are running in Outlook. iTunes is a stink in Outlook (why does iTunes need to install a plugin for Outlook anyway? I have no idea...)

Thanks for the reply.

I know iTunes isn't an issue on the machines affected by this as they are brand new, with a default build (and users can't install anything on them!).

I'll give the other suggestions a go but it seems a bit strange that this is only affecting one of eight new machines in one area and all have the same build.
