is there a way to turn off

This is an informative message sent by Kerio MailServer at...

I somewhat feel its a security risk to tell people what kind of mailserver I use?

Under Advanced > Miscellaneous. Uncheck "Show program name and version..."
I also hide my IP, not sure if it helps but I don't need to give them anymore addresses.

you can also find the layout of several infomation messages as acsi text with some variables in a sub-dir of the program directory.
