We're using Kerio 6.5.0 P1 with Entourage 2008.

We cannot redirect a message. The 'Redirect' menu item is disabled.

If we reconfigure Entourage to use IMAP, the 'Redirect' menu item is avalaible and it's working.

Any idea?

I know this is an old thread, but perhaps this may help someone.
From the View menu in Entourage, turn off the Preview Pane.
Now Redirect works!
