How would one go about setting items in the Deleted Items folder of Webmail to auto delete (permanently) after x amount of time? Is this even possible?

Unfortunately, there's no way to do this. I know it's been a requested feature for some time now (Deleted Items as well as Junk E-mail), but it hasn't appeared yet in an upgrade.

See Feature requests & How To Contact Kerio Support to submit a feature request. The hope is that if enough people request it, it'll move up the list of priorities.

Oops ... Razz
I think I've submitted this request 10 times with always the same answer: "we're working on.. it will be available in next release"
Obviously still nothing, as you can see

Yeah, I agree. It's unfortunate they decided the best course is to tell us nothing, give no ETAs, or any idea of what is being worked on. I've heard "we're working on it" so many times. The only hope is get so many people to request a feature that it becomes a top priority. Maybe instead of admins requesting the feature, we should have every user who asks about it to submit a request. Twisted Evil Not only would the request number go up, but they'd know how many people are really waiting on it.

I think I can make an exception. Autodelete feature will be available in the next KMS version. We are testing it now.

Well ... I can only say: WOW
I'm so eager to see this feature on for many reason!
For example actually I've set KMS to delete spam with value higher than 10 and if SA gives 11 to a legitime mail my customer will never find it while in this way I can tell him to check periodically into spam folder to find everithing (ofcourse for who knows me I'm always with the same problem: my customers prefer POP3) Smile

Thank you. It's nice for a change to find out about a long awaited feature prior to getting the release notes.

Has there been an update on this? This looks like it would be a very useful/important feature. We have the latest version and I don't think I see it in there as an option.
