I don't think this is a 2008 problem because I have seen other posts about it, but no solutions. After I installed the active directory extensions I did not see the Kerio mail tab for any of the accounts. When I add a new user, it is there though. I do not want to import uses so please don't say that. Anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it?

Thanks

KADE GUI is 32bit application therefore native 64bit domain administration console cannot load it.

It is 32 bit not 64. Any more suggestions?

That's normal behavior. I don't see the Kerio MailServer Account tab either, unless the user already has a KMS account set up - delete the KMS mailbox, and the tab is no longer visible. When you add a new AD account, you get the option to create a KMS mailbox. If you do, that would account for why you can see it on the new account.

To add the mailbox to an already existing AD account, right-click the user, and choose Kerio MailServer Tasks.
