My customer has deleted his public folders (calender and contacts). I've found them in one of the backupfiles made by Kerio Mailserver. I've tried to restore them by copying the #public folder out of the backupfile into the original location with Kerio Mailserver stopped. But after restarting the mailserver, I can't click on public folders within a webmail session of the admin user.

Customer is using KMS 6.3.1 build 2402 on a Redhat server. Please help.

Saw this old post but I had the same problem. Logging into the webmail showed the public folder messages had been restored, but I couldn't get outlook to display them until I did the "empty the cache" command from tools > account settings > kerio KOC > change > repair > empty. This will clear your local cache of emails so everything has to be downloaded again, and any unsynchronized data will be lost.

Its a shame right clicking on the public folder you restored and clicking "reset synchronization" doesn't empty the cache for just that folder, as I couldn't get that command to display the restored messages...
