I'm using new ISP.

My ISP is giving me two IPs (privat), one for VoIP Cabina and one for a computer.

My ISP is giving me internet connection speed with no limit (all of them what he has, because of VoIP).

I have promise him, I don't get more than 386 kb/s for a computer, the VoIP does not need highter speed (min 64 kb/s).

From this computer I have share internet connection for my network and I have limit bandwidth in 45 KB/s for every computer connected.

The problem is:
If all of my computer are using internet in the same time they will skip the limit.

i.e If 10 computers are using in the same time (320 kb/ or 40 KB/s) they will use (3200 kb/s or 40 KB/s) bandwidth transfer.

Can anyone explain me what to do?
