It seems that in Outlook using the latest Koc / KOFF you can select anyone you want from the global contacts, address them to the "From" field in an outlook message and send as them without any kind of barrier. Surely there must be a way of stopping this right?

I have the same problem too. I still use version 6.4.

I seem to remember that the e-mail is sent as "user2 on behalf of user1", so the spoofing doesn't really go very far. YMMV though.

What I'd recommend, is if you are in an AD domain, use Group Policy to disallow the from field in Outlook. You need the office plug in for group policy from Microsoft. I'm not an AD expert, so that's about all I know. It can be done, just don't know now... Smile
