Hi,

We plan to import from exchnage 5.5, our client is Outlook 2000 SP2.

When I start the Import Tools, Outlook 2003 is required !!!!!!
How to bypass this point ?

Search the forum here for dozens of threads on this topic. Most seem to take the path of letting Outlook "import" the old .pst file into the new Kerio setup, with a new profile created for Kerio in Outlook.

Like this:
- backup or note the location of the current .pst file.
- Install Kerio Outlook Connector
- Delete current mail profile in Control Panel e-mail app.
- Create a new profile using KOC
- Open Outlook and import old .pst file into new account.

done.

Nan,

This is not I'm talking about.

We have Outlook 2000 / windows 2000 as client OS.

When I want to install the migration tool I have got a message about to install Outlook 2003 !!!!

Is there any way to bypass such limitations.
Why do I need Outlook 2003 ?

I'll post a new thred to be more explicit Smile
