I activated some Internet blacklists provided by KMS and have a very good result. But then, mails from one sender were sent to the quarantine address because his mail server was included in a blacklist.

How to make a way that the e-mails from this sender will not be sent to the quarantine address?

Thanks for your great support.

You could try whitelisting that address or domain.

You should probably tell them that they're on the blacklist so they can fix the problem.
