We use Active Directory authentication, and users are getting password rejected messages when using Webmail and Outlook Express, but Outlook users are connecting without issue!

We're using KMS 6.5, it's all been working fine for the last few years, then just this morning this started. I've been trying to find out what is causing this without success, I hope someone might have a constructive a reasonably well thought out solution.

Many thanks in advance.

Found the problem – the affected users had restrictions on which workstations they could log into in Active Directory. This was set in Active Directory Users and Computers, select the particular user, select the Account tab, and click Log On To… Those users who are restricted to logging on to certain workstations will also be unable to authenticate through Kerio using a username/password such as Outlook Express and Webmail, but selecting Secure Password Authentication still works, including Outlook.

This caused me hours of frustration. Hope this helps someone else out there...
