Hello,

KMS is installed on a G4 Mac OSX 10.3.9

I have a strange phenomenon: the used space by user seems to be wrong.

For example, the Administrator console indicates for a user 7Gb used, and if look at the dta folder, it uses 4 Go on the server...

Is it possible to force KMS to rebuild the storage free space information?

Thanks!

Pierre

To reset the disk usage numbers, stop the mail server, and rename/delete the stats.usr file in the users' mail store, then restart KMS. The server will rebuild the disk usage numbers and create a new file when it's needed.

Mostly it also works with a running KMS (just make sure the specific user is logged out). (Use at your own risk...)

Sometimes a stopped KMS is needed, though.
