I see that 6.5.1 is out now with a corresponding new version of KOC.

All our users run as limited users of their PCs with no rights to install software. We initially installed KOC manually on each PC as Administrator.

Will the limited users be able to get the automatic upgrade to KOC or will we need to visit each PC and install it as Administrator?

Yes, limited users (user accounts) can perform automatic upgrade. Just upgrade the server and all KOC clients will be updated automatically.

They should be able to. All of our users are limited/restricted as well, and they get the KOC updates without much trouble. I haven't tested KOFF this way yet, but it should work the same.

We have about 400 normal non admin users that auto update every time, since around KMS 6.3.1 days. There are always a few that don't work for whatever reason. On those I usually have our help desk manually install with the "RUN AS" command.

runas /user:helpdesk<_a.t_>yourdomain.com \\yourserver\shared\koc.exe
