Hallo,

We are using Kerio Mail Server 6.5.0 and Outlook 2003, Kerio Outlook connector 6.5.0, when I try to view other user shared calendor I get this message "Unable to display folder. Your profile is not configured to support this operation". I gave permission to access that shared calendar but it didin't work anyway. Is there a possibility to access shared tasks and calendars in Kerio mail server or not?

Thank you.

How did you try it?
Please follow the steps in the user's manual: http://www.kerio.com/manual/kmsug/en/sect-koffolders.html#se ct-koffolshared (See chapter Login)

With KOC 6.5.0 you need to close and start Outlook after subscribing shared folder. Don't forget that Outlook 2003 has own view for calendars, tasks and contacts - these folders are not visible in the mail view.

"Other Mailboxes" tab is not under Properties but it is in email account setting.

BTW: What version of KOC do you have? Because online KOC version is quite different: http://www.kerio.com/manual/kmsug/en/sect-kocfolders.html#se ct-mapisharing
