Hello,

i have installed KMS Version 6.5. On our Outlook Clients 2003 till 2007 with KOC and KOFF installed we have problems to assign Tasks to different users with Outlook. We has tested the function with over 5 Users. No Users get a "Task" in his Inbox. The Task comes only as a "normal" Mail. If User A assign a Task to User B. User B gets a "normal" mail without a accept button. If we login to the Webmail, the "Tasks" looks like a mail.

Does the "assign Task" work in Kerio? Anyone has a tip for me?

Greatings, Valle

It's a known issue / feature that doesn't work.

Check out this manual on page 5 item 5.2

Hello,

thanx for the answer.

In the manual stands:

5.2 Task requests incompatibility
For task requests, KOFF uses the same format as the WebMail interface. For this reason, these
items are not compatible with KOC.

But it didnt work from a KOC <---> KOC, too.
