Since today it happens on a client( win xp pro, outlook 2007, KMS 6.5.0 )that the connector (koff version) goes offline randomly. If I point the mouse on the tray icon I see a little grey circle over the connector icon but the outlook icon doesen't show me that I'm working in offline mode. If I really go offline from the outlook menu and then I return online, the sync process restarts and the connector icon shows me an online mode.
Notice that it never happened before today.
What could be the cause of this strange behaviour?
Thanks in advance

I'm experiencing the same behavior with the following components:

OS X 10.4.11 Server / Kerio 6.5.0

Windows XP SP2 / Outlook 2003 / KOFF 6.5.0

I was experiencing this problem as well. I contacted Kerio Support and the provided the following fix.

Make sure your Office has Service Pack 3 applied. Also turn off any Add-In's. This can be done by going to Tools, Options, the Other tab, Selecting Advanced Options, and then going through and unchecking the selections in both the Add-In Manager and the COM Add-Ins. None of the Add-In's in my case were necessary so I unchecked them all.

Since I have done this my KOFF has not gone offline. Where it had been going offline at least once a day.
