One of our users is having problems sending an email to one of our clients. Once they send the email, it immediately bounces back saying something along the lines of:

client<_a.t_>terra.com.mx (mx.vmx.terra.com: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [adsl-myipaddress.dsl.snantx.sbcglobal.net] blocked using blackholes.terra.com.br=127.0.0.2

This is the bounce back email our user receives and is the same message located in the mail log. This is also the first time our user has emailed this client since we changed to Kerio about 2 weeks ago.

I am guessing that for some reason our client host is on some kind of list at terra? How can I go about fixing this problem? How would it have gotten on this list in the first place unless we were sending spam?

Any help/thoughts are greatly appreciated in resolving this problem. Thank you very much.
