I have been slowly transitioning my users from POP to KOFF. The last user I switched can no longer access their contacts or the shared contacts on Kerio. My procedure on this machine was the same on this machine as all the previous ones, I would install KOFF, create the profile and then import the previous .pst file.

Any idea what I might have done wrong or what to try to fix it? Thanks.

Disregard.

User had disabled KOFF plugin because of errors. Errors were caused by failure to remove KB946983. Removed security update and re-enabled KOFF and all is well.
