Hi All

We have a customer experiencing the following particular issue :

a) Since the trial Daylight Savings period ended her in Perth Western Australia, Calendar entries drop back by 1 hour following the Sunday / Monday transition.

That is, all looks fine until Monday morning, whereby events in Entourage will literally ove back by an hour.

All timeones appear correct (OS X, Entourage, Mail Server etc.)

Any thoughts our ideas would be great.

Each event has an information a about timezone in its body. So it is important what timezone definition was used on the client when creating the event. If the timezone information was not updated (ie. wrong DST change times were used) then the events could be displayed one hour off when DST change really happen.
