Has the kassist.exe utility been started on crash?
See http://support.kerio.com/kb/373 for more info.

Is there any user.dmp file in the KerioMailserver directory? If so, please upload it via the kassist.exe utility. If not, please send to us (http://support.kerio.com) at least crashdump files created by DrWatson.
