Hi, I have one office PC with KOC and a home PC with KOFF. Now, in KOC I can alter my sender name and e-mail address, since this account config screen has a third tab: Sender. Here I can set my real name, e-mail, and reply-to address.

But at home I have Outlook with KOFF, and here this 3rd tab is missing. So is this indeed connector-dependant? Is there another way to change my sender emailaddress when using KOFF? Or can we expect this tab also in an update of KOFF?

Thanks,
Dr.Bob

It's there, just in a different place.

From the main Outlook window, click Help -> Kerio Outlook Connector Help. The 2nd item from the bottom goes through how to set that up.

Fantastic, that did it - you made my day!

So, the way to set a custom sender name and email address (and not the default as how the account is created in the Kerio Admin:

  • Go in the menu to Tools > Options
  • Go to tab: Kerio Mailserver
  • Click: Customize sender, at the bottom of the tab
  • And fill in your self chosen real name and e-mail, that's it!
