Hi everybody

I am trying to send an outside mail from my Kerio mail server but
i get the following msg :

<XXXX.com> (mail.servr.dom: DNS lookup failed)
can anybody help pls

Either the domain you're trying to email to does not exist or your mail server cannot reach a DSN server to get the proper IP address.

Can you properly resolve DNS on the machine KMS is running on?

I can not resolve external servers but cam resolve internal
I set my isa server as the forwarder in my dns server setup

And does that work? Did you test that? Seems not to be functioning properly...

This means, it is not a problem with the Kerio MailServer product, but with your DNS and your ISA server configruration. To get help with this, you need to post to an ISA server forum and not here.
