Is there a way to get a copy of outgoing mails from specified users?

If you are an admin, enable the built in Archive feature in the Admin console. This will do what you need.

Hello. Thank you for your answer, but this was not what i mean. I will only have a copy from spezified users, not from all.

I'm afraid you can not filter specific users with the Archive feature. It's all or nothing.

Go to the Archive and then do a search for those specific users. This should return desired results on those specific users only.
