One user sees no mails in his Inbox in Outlook (2003). The items in the Inbox are not shown. Only an empty rule with no subject, no date and no sender info is shown for each item. When the user is moving an item to a subfolder in his Inbox he gets an IMAP error '0x800414A ER_IMAP_FETCHINFO'. Sometimes the items in the Inbox looks normal, but this happens spontaneously while working in Outlook.

The attached Word Document is a screenshot (sorry, it is in Dutch) from the users Inbox.

The user is working on a Win2003 Terminal Server.

Looks exactly as what I'm seeing on some Outlook 2003 boxes.
