Hey

Im the admin for the KMS here, I have 25 accounts. I was wondering if there is a way to log in to the WebMail with an account (like an admin account) and see every ones emails or their email accounts? I know I can log in to their account with their name and password, but it would be nice to be able to do it with just one "master" account.

Thanks

Ben

Hello, that's not possible.

You could share all and every user's folder with some other account and then look at them from there, but I'm sure that's not what you're asking for...

Thanks for the reply.

What I would like to do is to be able to log in to an account and see bob, bill, jim, etc.. accounts just in case a director of the company or studio manager needs access to an email when they are out of the office.

There are other ways around it, but they all seem to be on an individual account basis.

If its not do able then not to worry, thought id put the question out there.

Cheers

Ben

I have archiving turned on, I may be in correct here but I think every ones emails just go in to one folder. Again, its another alternative which we can live with....Smile

You better let users give rights to the managers for vieuwing their mailboxes within webmail or KOC, and then the manager is abel to open up the mailbox inside his/hers mailbox
