We are experiencing dropped connections while using outlook to connect to Kerio. It is intermittant and arbitray. It may take a few minutes to be able to get back in or it may take an hour. the error messages we get are the follwoing:

Mail sending, cannot resolve host

Network error occured. Kerio MailServer is not available. 0X80041200: ER_NETOWRK_FAIL

The information store is not available

Help! Thanks in advance.

We still have this issue on one pc. It happens a few times a month. Anyone with any idea? I received no reply with the first post. I find the knowledge base and the forums to be lacking. Almost every post I have done I do not receive any viable fixes.
