We have our spam going to a mailbox just in case we need to retrieve it. However we wnt to delete it from time to time or have it automatically delete. Can we do either easily? Currently we have to go into the mailbox and mannually delete the emial...a real pain or delete the box and create a new one.

Suggestions are appreciated

This is a request from long time. You can find some other topics about this and always the conclusion was: submit a feature request.

Here is a post:

If you login to Web Mail (Full-featured version), Right-click the Junk Mail folder and choose "Delete all" once a month, I don't think this is real pain.

Of course, an automatic deletion would be great.

We have the spam mail for all users go to a separate mailbox not to the Junk one in the users mailbox. This is to save it just incase something is good in there.
Thanks for the replies.
