I edited some code to ignore an error that has been bugging my users whom prefer to use safari on their macs.
Changed the Javascript code on the server.
Directory:" C:\AdventNet\ME\ServiceDesk\applications\extracted\AdventNet ServiceDesk.eear\AdventNetServiceDeskWC.ear\AdventNetService Desk.war\scripts "
File:"htmlarea.js"
Made a Backup, just in case.

Section (Changes highlighted in red):
"
// FIXME!!! this should return false for IE < 5.5
HTMLArea.checkSupportedBrowser = function() {
if (HTMLArea.is_gecko) {
if (navigator.productSub < 20021201) {
alert("You need at least Mozilla-1.3 Alpha.\n" +
"Sorry, your Gecko is not supported.");
return false;
}
if (navigator.productSub < 20030210) {
if (navigator.productSub != 20030107) { // This line will keep the error from coming up on Safari.

alert( "Mozilla < 1.3 Beta is not supported!\n" +
"I'll try, though, but it might not work.");
} // along with this line
}
}
return HTMLArea.is_gecko || HTMLArea.is_ie;
};
"

-Best of luck out there
