Apologies for the newbie-level post. I've been through the manuals and the knowledge base, as well as the forum posts, but still can't get my Samsung i780 running with KMS 6.5.

The i780 finds the webmail interface without a problem.

Activesync refuses to run despite soft and hard resets. The error message is "The server could not be reached. This can be caused by temporary network conditions. Support code: 0x80072EE2"

I've purchased a certificate from GoDaddy, and installed it on both KMS and the i780 but still no joy. Am I doing something obviously wrong?

TIA,

Toby

I think this could help: http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/activesync/exchange_errors.p hp

The error means a network timeout. Does the webmail run on standard ports (80, 443)?
