Hello!

I hope that someone can help, we have since the beginning of 2008 problems send emails to t-online and aol etc.

We have a static IP. Kerio MailServer currently still 6.5 patch 1. In addition, we have the hostname of reverse mapping register and spf-records.

But it only emails from t-online and in aol but we can not be sent.

In the internet I've searched, unfortunately without success.

Here is an example:

[01/Jun/2007 12:50:43] Sent: queue ID: 465fdd7c-00000f57, Recipient: <xyxyx<_a.t_>aol.com>, Result: delayed, status: 4.4.2 No greeting from remote host

Maybe someone can help me, I am already on despair.

Thank you in advance.

Sorry, my english is not so good, I hope that my problem is understandable.

Hello !
In a first time, goto on mailserver admin console,
see on left menu : domains and goto name internet on right screen : Have you complete this entry ?
If you don't have name internet, you don't have greeting smtp message...

I have a answer to the problem. Our Domain is located on Telekom-Server (Webshare-Unix). Telekom have in last months some problems with this Server. Maybe this is the solution of the problem.
I hope so.
