Ive been looking at this behavior. The only time Ive seen it on IE was from a library machine, which was very secured against kids looking for mature content. AOL seems to be always an issue.

Im thinking this is a browser security setting, but havent really had the urgency to follow up. Whoever finds whats causing this, please post here. I will continue testing this out.

I finally found a solution that worked. My home computer was giving me the same error. I checked the clock on the computer & bios. I cleared all the cache, tempo files, cookies. Finally, I used a tool called ccleaner from ccleaner.com. It is a free tool to clean up and repair windows issues. It made my system more responsive and got rid of that error message.
