I plan to buy this software after trial period because I am very happy with it. Good work!
There are a three problems I'd like to see solved. Maybe you can help me?
Windows 2003 Server running Kerio Mail Server (using Kerio Active Directory Extensions) as a relay host (pop3 grabbing). The clients run Windows XP Professional SP2 with Outlook 2007 and the Kerio Outlook Connector with offline caching (using secure authentication). Most user profiles are remote profiles and get saved on the server.
1st Problem: Strange Error
One of the users get the following mail about 10 times a day (German):
Von: Kerio Outlook Connector
Betreff: Die Nachricht konnte nicht synchronisiert werden.
Ein Fehler ist bei der Synchronisation der Nachricht 'S:\Daten\aaaaaaa.mdb' auf dem Server aufgetreten.
Kerio Outlook Connector konnte die Nachricht nicht senden oder mit dem Server synchronisieren.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihren Systemadministrator.
Nachricht: [SID = aaaaaa<_a.t_>aaaaaa.ch/2f66b6fa-b7fe-417f-8783-1f9fb1725fd7,
Ordner: Journal ]
Die Nachricht wurde in den Ordner 'Lokale Fehler' Ihres Outlook-Accounts kopiert.
2nd Problem: Not Spam does not work
When the user clicks on a message that was marked as spam and then on the button "Not Spam" in Outlook nothing happens. Why?
3rd Problem: Use another sender
There is a general email address (info<_a.t_>aaaaaa.ch) and every user should be able to receive and send data using this email address. Notice: Each user has his own email and the general is additional. I solved this by creating a local mail user on the server and include the mailbox on the clients as "add additional mailbox". Now how do I configure the clients to be able to send emails with either their own address or the genereal?
Thank you for your help.
