I'm using Kerio MailServer 6.5.1 WebMail (Full Featured) and Firefox 3 on Windows Vista Service Pack 1. After I compose a message, nothing happens when I click the "Send" button. Also, nothing happens when I click the "Save as Draft" button. The other buttons seem to work fine.

I suppose you are using the "full-featured" web mail version? Which OS are you using firefox on?

We need more information from you in order to try and help. Simply saying FireFox 3 is having problems is not enough. What OS are you running? Service pack Level of OS?

I am using Windows Vista SP1 and Firefox 3 and I have no problem using the Send or the Save button in the Full-Featured KMS Webmail. Probably someone with OSX can help you.

Do you have any add-ons installed? If so, try disabling them one by one to determine if one of those is causing the issue.

I'm using Windows Vista Service Pack 1. When I login to WebMail I use the Full-Featured version. I disabled all the Firefox extensions, and the "Send" button still does nothing.

I've tried Firefox 3.0 on 5 different systems with XP or Vista. None have demonstrated this problem. My guess is there has to be some software or setting getting in the way. Maybe an anti-virus or anti-malware program? Or something more obscure and even possibly completely un-related. As complex as systems are these days, there's no telling.

Then you need to upgrade to KMS 6.5.0 or higher.

How did you install KMS 6.5.1? Did you do an upgrade from 6.4? Probably your php files didn't get upgraded properly. What date stamp does your

mailCompose.php

in

C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\webmail\default

have?

Yes, the install was an upgrade.

The date stamp on

C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\webmail\default\mailCompose.php

Was Firefox an upgrade? I had issues with some pages with a RC version that appeared to have been caused by my 2.0.0.x profile being used/upgraded by FF3. Reinstalled creating a new profile, and the same web pages started working properly again. I think it may have been left-over junk from some addons, but not really sure.
