Have upgraded kerio mailserver to version 6.5.1 from version 6.4. We have 80 users, on Windows server 2003. Some users used KOC and other KSP. After update the KOFF tries to update on some users, with errors. When searching users none of them got the 6.5.1. KOFF installed. Any ideas of how to solve this. Clients are using Outlook 2003 SP3.

Regards

Augusto

There is no auto update from KOC or KSP to KOFF. They'll get an update of what they have installed. If you want to use KOFF, you have to install it.

I have installed it, but installation finishes with a message that stating it cannot be completed. Have checke installation files, and confirmed that prerequisites are completed. This is happening on all computers, we have a mixed environement inlcudign Windows XP, Office 2003, 2007, and XP. Same results on all of them.

Perhaps you will have better results if you ask directly the KMS support for this problem ?
