Hi all,

I am trying to create an "archive" of all emails for each project we are working on. My first idea was to create a mailing list with the number of the poject as reference into which participants would just fwd emails. The problems with this approach are:
1) Each member of the mailing list will then receive the email again, making it cumbersome
2) I can't find a way to share the mailing list with the rest of the people in the project

Any ideas are highly welcome.
