Hello

I have a problem, i need help urgent.

I installed a antivirus kapersky in my kerio mailserver and scan the server, this antivirus find 47 virus and remove the archives, later I restart the server and i have problem with the kerio, when i tryed of in to the kerio it´s say

you can connect to kerio mailserver in localhost
autentication fail

please someone help me

I would highly recommend 2 things:

1) uninstall Kaspersky, or at least disable it from scanning the mailstore folder.

2) call support.

As you can read in the Admin manual:

"In case an anti-virus program is installed locally, it is necessary to exclude the Kerio store directory from real time protection. Otherwise, the antivirus software may remove email files which are indexed by KMS."

Restore a mailserver backup from before you installed kapersky, then reinstall kapersky but this time following the manual as indicated above.
