Hello,

We have mail lists in our 2 domain names so we use them to mail with our domain personels only.

But Someone from outside of the domain found that mail list adress & sends mails to that mail list.

We dont want to blacklist the mail adress of the sender totally. But we want to blacklist the mails(By selecting or REVERSE)ONLY to that mail list or make a whitelist for that mail list by using KMS software or scripts maybe using SpamAssasin ??

Thx for answers & Best Regards...

You can manage the list and control what email addresses are allowed to post to it.

Domain settings -> Mailing Lists -> select mailing list to edit
Select Posting tab, only allow members to post
Select Members tab and add/edit/remove members allowed to post,
