I've got a user on the road who's phone is generating a ton of errors on the mail server.

[09/Jul/2008 07:54:46] ASyncSendMail.cpp: ActiveSyncSendMail::Execute: The message from user user<_a.t_>domain.com (DevId: deviceIdRemoved) has an invalid format
[09/Jul/2008 07:54:51] ASyncSendMail.cpp: ActiveSyncSendMail::Execute: The message from user user<_a.t_>domain.com (DevId: deviceIdRemoved) has an invalid format

These messages occur in pairs between 5 and 10 seconds apart. They appear at varying intervals, but not more than 10 minutes apart. Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas?

It could happen when the user sends an e-mail with no To: header (all recipients are only CC) from the device. The workaround is to remove the message from Outbox on the device.
New KMS version will handle such email correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll let the user know to remove the message.
