Hello,

We have a KMS with 210 seats and we have created several local groups.
We noticed that KMS binds each group entity with an e-mail account. This account goes public to the internet (as all the users e-mails are) unless you tick the option "This group can send/receive from its own domain only". BUT if you do that, none of the users e-mails belonging to the group can send/receive messages to/from the internet! They can only communicate inside the company domain.

We want to have group accounts that are not public, and at the same time the user e-mail accounts that belong to these groups to be able to communicate with the internet. How is that done with KMS?

Thanks in advance,
Joan.

I've run into that same problem here too (although I was going to try and use it as a measure to limit spam to the groupname). Have you tried using a mailing list instead of a group?

Thanks for your reply.

We haven't tried Mailing Lists. That's good advice.
Smile Thanks.
