Hi
I am using a hdsl link to connect to my network the speed for web access and other applications is ok but when uusing web access to connect to the Kerio mail server i will have avery slow access any body help pls

How many users do you have on your mail server and what is your server configuration, meaning, what operating system, CPU, disk file type, etc. What other applications running on this server and are you using the hdsl circuit for the server's internet connectivity or on the client side? How much bandwidth do you have on your hdsl circuit? You did not give us a lot of information to go on, so anything else you can tell us would help. Thanks!

I had a similar problem some time ago.

Try to go to "Advanced Options" in the Admin Console and un-tick "Log hostnames for incoming connections". This can speed up web mail.
