The attachment filters can be set to block attachments with suffixes indicating it is executablity.
Content filter->spam filter->spam assassin can be set to check for "bad" URI's in the message body using a SURBL, if it is in the SURBL.

How about KMS detecting URI links that are executable.
Those greeting card emails with link ending in .exe are getting through and can be a real threat.
