When I attempt to open Outlook 2007, I get the error

"Cannot open your default email folders. Synchronizator::syncHierarchy Error while calling syncHierarchy method.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KOC. I have tried deleting the account and removing the KOC folder, in the user's profile.

Webmail works fine.

I have the same. I have 16 workstation, 12 works fine, 4 have this problem. Testet with the the same user name. On one workstation it works, on the other i have the problem.
I think it´s a problem in the registry, but where
Problem begin with the update from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1 and 7.0.2. Workstation with XP Pro and Win7 Pro, Outlook 2007 SP2. Email works fine, in webmail you can see all public folder, so the server seems to be ok. If you click in outlook on a public folder, you became the error.
